BOOKINGS - COLLECTING MATERIAL / DELIVERING MATERIAL

Any loads being sent to our site / collected must be booked in beforehand with us. We will provide you with a reference number and time allocation slot.

Please ensure hauliers you use to collect / send in material have the relevant licences required by the EA before entering our site.

Health and safety is important to us. Drivers must advise the office of their arrival with a reference number before entering our gates.

We appreciate UK haulage is unpredictable and delays may occur but we will not be held responsible for loads that have arrived unannounced. If they are not booked in or do not arrive on the day arranged they may have to wait to be offloaded or reloaded / rejected. 

Official bookings will be sent via email to an authorised representative of the company. If we agree to take in loads with the aim of them being exported and loads do not arrive in due course we will pass on wastage journey charges for containers.

Waste Transfer Notes are a neccessity for our audit trails. We will need one with every load that comes to our yard, we also supply our own Waste Transfer Note for every load organised to leave. Waste Transfer Notes are a legality -  in order to fulfill Regulation 12 of the Waste Regulations 2011 of the waste hierarchy one must be supplied with adequate information.

Every container organised by yourselves that arrive to our site must have a Annex VII. If we are not supplied with an Annex VII we will not load the material until one has been received - containers can only leave site with material until an Annex VII has been filled out accurately.

If material arrives to site which doesn't match inital description / match photos sent over prior we hold the right to reject the material. We recycle plastic and plastic only. 

New Supplier Forms must be completed before bookings are confirmed.
